Организација на жени од Струмица објавува отворен повик за 12
учесници и еден младински лидер за младинска размена „
Human Libraries“, која ќе се оддржи во
Пловдив, Бугарија од 11-ти до 18-ти јуни 2021 година.
Главната цел на младинската размена е да создаде конструктивен личен дијалог и социјална интеракција помеѓу луѓето кои немаат можност да зборуваат едни со други и да придонесе кон промена на ставовите кај младите преку усвојување на алатката „Human Libraries/Човечка библиотека“, како начин за справување со говорот на омраза, стереотипите, предрасудите и дискриминацијата и за промоција и заштита на човековите права.
Сместувањето, храната и патните трошоци се покриени од страна на организаторите.
Услови за учество:
- Учесниците да се на возраст од 18 до 25 години
- Мотивираност и подготвеност за активно учество на размената
- Способност за комуникација на англиски јазик, бидејќи тој е работен јазик на размената
- Лидерот/ката може да биде на возраст и на над 25 години
- Почитување на сите правила поставени од страна на организаторите
Проектот е кофинансиран од Програмата
Еразмус+ на Евопската Комисија, преку
Националната Агенција за европски образовни програми и мобилност.
На младинската размена во Пловдив ќе учествуваат и млади луѓе од Бугарија и Турција.
По завшувањето на размената, учесниците ќе добијат YouthPass сертификат (сертификат за неформално образование и истиот може да се искористи во CV, апликации за работа/ училишта/ факултети и слично.)

About the project
The „Human Libraries“ Project is part of the Erasmus + Program, Kay Action1 - Learning Mobility of Individuals, KA105 - Youth mobility. The project is co-financed by the European Union.
The project is implemented by partner organizations:
NGO Women’s Organization of Strumica, Republic of North Macedonia and partners organizations NGO Info- Centre Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia, NGO World for All, Bulgaria, NGO United Balkans, Bulgaria and NGO ESKAD, Turkey.
The main purpose of the „Human Library“ is to create constructive personal dialogue and social interaction between people who cannot speak to each other. The lack of interaction between laziness often leads to prejudices and stereotypes. The human library offers a unique opportunity for interaction between representatives of minorities and vulnerable groups (the "book") with the local population (the "visitors"). The methodology fosters a critical analysis of real situations, leading to increased awareness and appropriate procedures for the promotion and protection of human rights.
Hate speech, especially on social networks, instead of being reduced, is becoming increasingly widespread and leading to increased youth side effects and behaviors. The most frequent victims of hate speech are members of the LGBT community, women and girls, members of smaller ethnic communities (Roma, Turks, and Albanians). Stereotypical and conservative understandings still prevail in the Balkans, which in turn lead to greater discrimination, additional victimization and social exclusion. It is often aimed at women ideologists, members of the LGBT community, members of the smaller ethnic communities, and in recent years, the so-called "political opponents". Unfortunately, hate speech is also prevalent among the young population, especially on social networks. Aware of these negative phenomena and their harmful effects on the community as a whole, partner organizations, especially young people, have expressed a need and interest through online communication to implement a project that will impact the changing attitudes of young people from the three countries and beyond, and with which young people from organizations will contribute to the promotion of European values and principles among their peers and friends in the Republic of North Macedonia, Turkey and Bulgaria.
GENERAL GOAL: To influence changing attitudes of young participants and their peers, families and friends in their communities, by adopting the Human Library tool as a way to tackle hate speech, stereotypes, prejudices and discrimination.
SPECIFIC GOALS:
A. To increase participants theoretical knowledge of the concepts of social exclusion, discrimination, hates speech and abuse of the internet;
B. Participants adopt skills for applying tools used in the fight against social exclusion, discrimination, hate speech, with a particular focus on the human libraries tool;
C. To enable participants to become familiar with part of the process of creation and implementation of the Human Library event and are encouraged to share this practice in their countries and communities as an effective way to create socially inclusive societies;
D. To make young participants active in the fight against discrimination, social exclusion and violence and to play an active role in the process of creating a socially inclusive society;
E. To develop competencies of the participants in teamwork, leadership, communication, self-advocacy and personal and professional development;
F. To strengthen the intercultural competence of the participants, allowing them to communicate and work with young people from different European countries;
G. To increase participants' knowledge of the Erasmus + program and its Key Action 1 and encourage them to actively participate in European youth programs;
H. Support for establishing networks and partnerships between partners and exchange of good practices between participating countries.
VENUE and ACCOMODATION
All the participants will be accomodated at Hotel Kendros, address: bul. "6-ti septemvri" 268, 4006 Eastern Industrial Zone, Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
